We are neither responsible nor liable for the content of the live video sessions held by users who are using the free tool "Dreamsperience". Any usage has to be honorable, respectful and lawful.

The protection of your data is important to us. We will use your data only within the limits of the Privacy Law of the Federal Republic of Germany and the GDPR. In case you reach another web site/application through a link, please refer to their informationen regarding your privacy. Other web site/application operators' practices regarding data protection cannot be influenced by us.

Unless specified elsewehere in more detail, the personal data you disclose when using our free tool might be processed by our here mentioned partners on servers outside the EU on the basis of an adequacy decision of the EU commission acc. to Art. 45 GDPR (see: https://www.ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/adequacy-decisions_en) or on the basis of a data processing agreement applying the EU standard contract terms acc. to Art. 46 II lit. c) and d) GDPR, with the party having committed to uphold EU privacy standards.

Whenever you visit "Dreamsperience", the following information is saved in log files:
• notice of successful visit
• date and time
• names of the associated files
• transferred data volume
• operating system
• web browser and version
• IP address of device – anonymized

These data are not merged and therefore don't allow for conclusions on individual persons. The log files are deleted after 7 days.

Whenever you visit "Dreamsperience", the following information is stored in a database:
• referring web site/application – anonymized

We use the database to ensure the operability of "Dreamsperience" as well as the security of our IT systems and the data we are processing. Besides, we may use the database to conduct anonymized statistical analyses and to optimize "Dreamsperience" as well as its components. Furthermore, we might use it to provide information to law enforcement agencies in case of an attack on our IT systems. These are our legitimate interests acc. to Art. 6 I lit. f) GDPR. We store the log file data seperately from other personal data. The data are deleted, as soon as they are no longer needed for their intended means or if storing them is no longer allowed due to other legal reasons. The data collected when using "Dreamsperience" (e.g. through forms like rating a live video session) are stored on servers of our host provider uberspace on our behalf. The servers are located in the EU. To ensure the security of your data, we use state of the art encryption technologies. Our legitimate interests in using the service acc. to Art. 6 I lit. f) GDPR are to ensure the reliable accessibility, displayabilty and security of our free tool.

When you send us an e-mail, we process the personal data that you disclose there or have intentionally disclosed before (e.g. your e-mail address) to answer your request. We delete or block your data, as far as they are no longer needed to fulfill their intended means, if storing them is no longer allowed due to other legal reasons or if you demand the deletion or blockage of your data. Our legitimate interest acc. to Art. 6 I lit. f) GDPR is to simplify contact actions for users of "Dreamsperience". We process the data on servers located within the EU. To ensure the security of your data, we use state of the art encryption technologies. At the same time, communicating via e-mail does not allow for guaranteeing absolute confidentiality of the transmitted data, even when using encryption technologies.

You have the right of information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, revocation after data processing consent, objection and complaint in accordance with the GDPR.
